With decades of operation, Nasi Ayam Singapura Sibu Sarawak has built a loyal following among local diners, a reputation undoubtedly rooted in its consistent quality and unforgettable flavors.

Their roasted chicken is tender, juicy, with golden skin that’s flavorful but not greasy. Every bite reveals the delicate texture and natural sweetness of the meat. Paired with the fragrant rice—cooked with chicken oil so each grain stands out soft yet distinct—the combination is nothing short of perfection.

In addition to Roasted Chicken Rice (Wing), their Kailan is also highly recommended. The chef’s precise use of oyster sauce was noteworthy. The flavor was balanced, enhancing the dish without overwhelming the natural crispness and sweetness of the kailan. A touch of minced garlic added an extra layer of aroma, and the combination of garlic and oyster sauce worked harmoniously, creating a more complex flavor profile.
