We hand-pick and import everything from Japan, from the fish and other ingredients through to condiments, spices, and even tableware.

Furthermore, in order to bring out the flavors of each ingredient to the fullest, we use red vinegar (made from sake lees) to make our sushi rice. This vinegar, typical of traditional Edo-style sushi (Edomae-zushi), is characterized by a uniquely well-rounded and rich flavor.

By combining refined sushi developed through repeated experimentations and experience built up over time with dishware expertly crafted by Japanese artisans, Sushi Ori offers sushi that is both delicious and aesthetically pleasing. It’s sushi that can be enjoyed with all five senses.
